Unemployment and Under Employment | Soft Skill Development This is an 8 hr course once a month developed to help the unemployed and under-employment get back on the workforce by developing their soft skills that employers are looking for. This course will also offer resume writing, and interview preparation. |

Unemployment and Under Employment | Hard Skills Pilot Interested clients will be given an opportunity to participate in a trial series of training of 2-3 high demand industry needs. Participants will be assessed for pilot appropriateness, barriers, goals, and be supported by a coach towards employment search and placement. |

Anyone Interested | Group Coaching and “Talk Sessions” Each Month a different topic will be facilitated in group session for individuals who are interested to participate. Sessions are geared toward building up the lives of the individual and the family. Real life issues discussed by experienced facilitator (subject based). Ex: Death of a loved one, lost of a child or inability conceive, substance use, anger, etc. |

About Haitian Resource Network (HRN) and Samaritan’s Heart Foundation (SHF) The Haitian Resource Network (HRN) exists as a branch of Samaritan’s Heart Foundation (SHF) to connect migrants in the U.S with much needed legal and social services in their respective communities. HRN serves to remove barriers to integration by empowering and resource equipping individuals, families, and communities for immediate and long-term success.

Accomplishments
Our Impact
- Gwinnett County Housing grant recipient 2020-2021, $37,000
- Supported Gwinnett County residents rehoused and maintain housing through the Coronavirus Relief Fund
- Management of $132,000 Gwinnett county grant in 2020-2021 on behalf of Good Samaritan Haitian Alliance Church (GSHAC).
Providing direct housing placement to 20 families ( 40+ individuals) to Haitian Incomers affected by the recent Texas Crisis border situation. Transportation support, legal and social services program referrals, and ESOL courses held at Good Samaritan Haitian Alliance Church. From June 2020 - June 2021 supported 18 households (parents, caregivers, and/or children) with
